The Ultra-Trail Mt. Fuji (one category only)
Distance: about 170 km
Cumulative altitude gain: about 8,000 m
Time limit: 46 hours
Start: 12:00, Friday, April 26
Start at: Fujisan Kodomo-no-Kuni (Mt. Fuji Children’s World)
Finish at: Oike Park at the town of Fujikawaguchiko

12:00, Wednesday, October 17 to 23:59, Sunday, October 28, 2018 (JST)
Entries are accepted through lottery.

[4] Eligibility
1. Any male or female 18 years of age or older as of the race day who can complete the race within the time limit and without getting lost.

2. You must have successfully completed races that are registered with the ITRA (International Trail Run Association) and have earned the necessary qualification points below. These races must have been completed within the last 3 years up until the day before the registration start date. However, a minimum of one of these races must have been completed within a year of the race registration up until the day before the registration start date.
*Priority registration will be given to the top 100 finishers in the men’s category and the top 20 finishers in the women’s category during the 2018 UTMF.

36,000 JPY (payment fee = 6% of the entry fee)

[7] Entry with donation
Eligibility for entry with donation
Those who satisfy the eligibility (see [4] above) to participate in the UTMF 2019 and wish to participate in this event by making a donation of 100,000 JPY (including the entry fee) for the environmental conservation activities of the NPO Fuji Trail Runners Club

Number of entries accepted: the total of 200 entries including residents in and outside of Japan (first-come-first-served basis)

・The donation is not tax deductible at this point.
・No deposit fee applies to the payment of the donation and participation fee for racers who select the entry with donation.
・Your donations are used for the environmental conservation activities of the NPO Fuji Trail Runners Club including the environmental investigation and maintenance of trails around Mt. Fuji.

・You will be required to provide the name and date of the trail race(s) as well as your race number and finish time(s) when registering for the UTMF.

[8] Cancellations, Race Category Changes, Transfers
・Please be aware that there are no entry fee refunds (full or partial) for whatever the reason once you’ve signed up for the race.
・If we receive your bank transfer after the payment deadline, your entry will be automatically cancelled and your payment will be returned to you minus a service charge.
・Your entry (race bib/number) cannot be transferred to another person.
